Work From Home Without Spending A Dime

Making money on the internet used to almost always require you to have your own website, some products to sell and quite a bit of marketing know how. Things are changing…for the better. Many new dot coms are emerging that offer real opportunity to work from home without you having to pay them to use their site or program, and you don’t have to be a genius or a marketing expert to do any of this.

The challenge is in determining which opportunity is real and which one is fake. I happen to be a research addict, if I’m curious about something I will spend tons of time online researching and finding answers. My friends think that I am a freak about this character flaw but guess who they call when they need answers about something…me.

I have spent a lot of time researching work from home stuff and one common theme constantly emerges, most of the things out there are being promoted with affiliate programs. That’s not a bad thing necessarily as some affiliate programs can be quite good, but it does make it difficult to find non biased opinions. If your interested in an affiliate program just make sure take your time in digging a little deeper.

For me, I had some criteria that must be met by any company that I would consider. They must pay cash and not just points or rewards. They must not require a web domain or any products of my own. It must provide a reasonable expectation to earn residual income that grows over time. Lastly, it must be free to join…it’s okay if there is an upgrade option but it must be 100% free and satisfy all of my requirements at the free level.

Through careful study I was able to narrow down the opportunities and the positives and negatives of each of them. The right fit for me might not be the right fit for you, my criteria may not be the same as yours and getting the right fit for you is the most important thing. The purpose of this article is not to tell you what I ended up going with, rather, to demonstrate a way to prioritize things that you need to find and doing your own research to look for that.

There are so many online business’s to choose from and enough good ones that you will find what your looking for with a little work. Our troubled economy should continue to provide new people all the time that are also looking for ways to make money online and the home based business industry will grow because of it. List the things that you need in an opportunity and start working for yourself.
